酒店房間非常不錯，一入住就有高級的感覺，而且裏面提供的小物件也很精美，尤其是梳子和針線包。住過很多家酒店和民宿，第1次見這樣的，所以忍不住收藏而且酒店位置就在烏鎮中心，前後遊覽都非常方便，管家服務也非常貼心的運送行李等，推薦

二樓房間悶熱，空調不製冷。最大問題就是隔音，整個房間完全不隔音，隔壁打電話能清楚聽到，樓下説話也能聽到。目前為止入住過最差的上榜酒店。唯一優勢就是在西柵內！

酒店位置不錯，工作人員服務很好。房間偏小，設施一般，早餐一般，是團隊遊的重要承接點。我們所在的區域隔音效果真的超差，這個季節沒有空調，房間裏關着窗户很悶，開窗就特別吵，特別是遇到鄰居是中老年婦女天團或帶小朋友的旅客，關窗也並不會阻隔多少噪音，住了2天喜提2天失眠。睡眠輕的朋友建議還是不要挑戰了，實在要住可以考慮其他區域，另外房間面積小的話，安個床架就有點妨礙了，特別是晚上起夜的時候，很容易撞到，我就撞到了臉，總之不值房價。
